Refunds and Returns Policy

There may be an error in the inventory, if the item is no longer available you will receive a full refund.

A return goods authorization must be carried out and authorized before any return of goods. Please contact customer service by sending an email to boutique@legendecycle.com to obtain this authorization. This is because many of our suppliers want to handle warranty issues directly and do not allow us to make decisions on their behalf. Our customer service agents will provide you with full details, as well as contact information, if it becomes necessary for you to communicate directly with a supplier. No shipping or handling charges will apply to returns if the goods are defective or do not correspond to the original order. However, a 20% handling fee will apply to returns for any other reason. Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging, with all original labels, stickers and barcodes. They must not have any added labels or stickers. Any item opened, modified or repackaged will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. In certain situations and depending on the condition of these items, Légende Cycle inc. reserves the right to accept them, but a 25% handling fee will apply in this case. All sales are final on custom, discontinued or liquidated parts and items. Goods will be credited at the last purchase price and, if the return was made in error, new orders will be subject to a handling charge. All returned merchandise will be inspected to determine the amount credited. Please indicate the return merchandise authorization numbers on the packing slip and return the goods with shipping prepaid to Légende Cycle inc.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
