Thank you for shopping at Légende Cycle inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store at:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as received
  • The product includes all original parts and accessories

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Electrical parts
  • Installed or used parts
  • Opened maintenance products (oils, cleaners, chemicals)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  • If a product was shipped in error by Légende Cycle inc., we will cover all return shipping costs.
  1. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been:

  • Received
  • Inspected
  • Approved

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item:

  • Shows signs of installation or use
  • Is damaged
  • Is missing parts, packaging, or accessories
  1. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged products upon inspection.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep all packaging materials

We will open a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  1. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must follow the policy of the manufacturer (Indian Motorcycle® or aftermarket brands).
For any warranty request, contact us and we will assist you with the process.
