We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Orders containing special-order items or out-of-stock parts may require additional processing time.
If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with updated timelines.

  1. Shipping Methods

We use trusted Canadian carriers, including:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS

The shipping method is selected automatically based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight
  • Package size
  • Carrier availability
  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within Canada:

  • Québec & Ontario: 2–6 business days
  • Western provinces: 4–10 business days
  • Atlantic provinces: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas (North): 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Customer location
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Carrier rates in real time

Some oversized items may incur additional fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24 hours to appear.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Provide photos if the item is damaged

We will open a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
